- Proper dish washing - wash, rinse, sanitize using dishwashing machine or by hand as required.
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.

- 1 Year related experience in a similar position with a top tier luxury hotel or restaurant , or the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in food preparation preferred but not required.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence through attention to detail and sanitation rules.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Ability to work under pressure, be calm, organized, self-motivated, and work well with others.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English in order to follow directions, and procedures, and communicate with the team (using a translator app if necessary).

- $14.00 per hour full-time. Overtime will be paid at time and a half for any hours over 40 in a week.
- Sign-on bonus: $250 awarded after 3 months of employment and an additional $250 will be awarded after 6 months of employment.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for high energy team-members to complete our high energy work family as our steward. The position requires following proper sanitation standards in cleaning, some lifting, organizational skills, and preferably some experience in food preparation.
