    Marketing ManagerSummary________________________________________________________________________________The Marketing Manager role, situated at Positive Beverages headquarters in Orange County, California, involves direct reporting to the CEO.

    The manager will be responsible for all facets of brand management and marketing, requiring hands-on marketing skills and a willingness to implement strategies at the grassroots level.

    Prior experience in consumer-packaged goods, particularly food and beverage, is advantageous.

    Key responsibilities include amplifying brand visibility through various marketing activities, ranging from events to digital platforms like social media and influencers, as well as traditional media.

    This role aims to bolster brand recognition and foster retail collaborations.

    Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee e-commerce platforms, including the brands Amazon presence and website, and will seek new e-commerce partnerships to enhance the brands digital footprint and customer reach.

    To maintain brand uniformity, the manager will collaborate with photographers and videographers, using various editing apps to generate marketing materials, ensuring that retail and distribution partners have easy access to and regularly share this content.

    Availability for weekend events may sometimes be necessary.
    Detailed Position Outlined BelowTasks and Detailed Work ActivitiesIncluding but not limited to the following;Lead brand strategy for Positive Beverage, including overseeing and implementation research and insights, positioning, creative execution, and messagingMaintain consistent brand identity and oversee all brand assets to ensure consistent image and messaging (content, products, sub-brands, advertising, etc.)

    Manage all digital applications including social media accounts while developing accounts that may not exist upon onboarding (website, email marketing, SMS, Social:
    Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

    Develop and maintain all direct-to-consumer channels:
    Amazon, Website, etc

    Develop and maintain programs:
    influencers, ambassadors, organizations, etc.

    Develop, inventory, and distribute in-store retail marketing assets: POS, digital programs, promotions, retailer e-commerceManage and participate in sampling events and other forms of field marketing initiatives including third-party vendors, partners and agencies while serving as main point of contact for all marketing related partnershipsOversee and manage the development of sales, marketing, and promotional materialsBasic Skills RequiredIncluding but not limited to the following;Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
