- Type of Locum Provider Needed: CRNA
- Reason for Need: Introducing new orthopedic shifts in the model
- Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Schedule: Every weekend
- Call Scheduled: No
- Supervision: Provided by MDs
- Type of Cases Required: Ortho - Block experience required
- Required Proficiencies: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
- Caselogs Required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
- Number of Providers During the Day: 1 ortho shift
- Vaccination Required: Flu shot, COVID proofs (or declination), and 2 negative TB tests or 1 Quantiferon; Varicella
- Licensure Requirements: Providers will not receive a hospital application until they have a full CRNA license, and no temporary privileges are being granted on-site.
