- Establish and streamline HR processes to increase operational efficiency and deliver exceptional employee experience.
- Implement system enhancements or automation that reduce manual workload, improving accuracy and turnaround time.
- Ensure HR systems compliance with regulatory standards and drive improvement in data accuracy through regular audits and enhancements.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR operations and decision-making processes.
- Ensure consistent and standardized HR services across the organization.
- Global policy and process deployment
- Support data governance processes in conjunction with HRIS.
- Monitor local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, ensuring required updates are completed.
- Maintain reporting schedule and delivery of regulatory required employee data.
- Regularly audit HR processes and documentation to identify and rectify areas of non-compliance.
- Coordinate with global teams for project implementation.

- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- 10 years HR-related experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, labor law, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- In-depth understanding and application of employment law such as ADA, ADEA, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation and COBRA.
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance and reporting requirements including benefit filings.
- In-depth understanding of benefits administration including ERISA regulations.
- Knowledge and experience creating and implementing compensation philosophies and structures with a focused understanding of pay equity.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
