Job summary
The Coach is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the teams' practice and play in games.Practices and games will be held in the afternoons and possibly some weekends; some games will be off-site.
Coach Code of Conduct The primary goal of coaches should be the development of students to be better student athletes. The participants must be taught sportsmanship and fair play, and these teachings should always govern their behavior while at practice and at games.
In situations where a participant is not attending practices or games, off-task during practice or games, or not acquiring skills being taught, I will follow the established procedures outlined by Saint Andrew's Episcopal School,
