QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to do basic mill set upsUnderstand basic Fanuc controlsCapable of interpreting blueprintsAble to understand geometric signs and tolerancesCapable of reading and using measuring instrumentsKnowledge of Algebra and math functionsSmoke-free and phone-free environment (except during breaks or lunch)


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make offsets and change inserts during operationTranslate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.

Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the companyOversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved resultsCheck machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionalityRecord all machine actions by completing production and quality logsCommunicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a partEnsure that results of machining process align with client expectationsConduct regular CNC machine assessmentsREQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required2-3 years' experience as a CNC Mill Machine OperatorExperience with Fanuc, Fadul, Doosan and Haas mills preferredAbility to efficiently read calipersAbility to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawingsGreat attention to detail with a goal-driven attitudeStrong comprehension and analytical abilitiesForklift experience a plusGood computer and mathematical skills.
