    As a Clinical Supervisor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.

    You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.


    Requirements:
    Master's degree in human services field (preferred)
    Bachelor's degree in human services field (minimum required)
    Independently licensed, LCADC, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists) OR CADC (certified drug and alcohol counselor)
    License must be in good standing and maintained throughout employment


    Responsibilities:


    Oversee clinical skills planning including the setting of short- and long-term goals for the clinical program, safety of staff and clients, physical plant, record maintenance and effective therapeutic treatment of clients.

    Be responsible for initiating and maintaining cooperative and effective community program relations.

    Interpret policy and procedures to staff and clients as needed to ensure their compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accrediting agencies.

    Assist in the development and revision of clinical skills policies and procedures as needed.
    Will review all clients' case records to ensure proper documentation and forms
    Assist in staff development and training activities including the clinical orientation of new employees.
