- Plans, manages, and coordinates marketing related project activities to ensure goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time-frames
- Supports all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning from intake and scoping to timeline management and client engagement
- Collaborates with stakeholders and resources across marketing areas, predominantly website and print, with some video and photo component
- Builds or reorganizes website pages, creates recaps, works with copywriters to write briefs
- Reviews copy, layout and proofs for accuracy with adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards, and coordinates team and client approvals
- Communicates with diverse teams and stake holders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure they are kept up-to-date on the status of pending requests
- Verifies requirements outlined in request are met and appropriate approvals are in place
- Performs related duties as required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required, advertising agency experience preferred

Position Summary:
