Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Programmer/Operator, specializing in machine setup and CMM inspection. The ideal candidate will have a multiple years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate machines using G&M codes, with a particular focus on Fanuc Controller.
• Utilize Zeiss CMM and Calypso software (or similar) for precise measurements and inspections.
• Operate instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct thorough inspections of a diverse range of parts, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any programming or setup issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in programming, operating, and setting up machines.
• Proficiency in programming at the machine using G&M codes, particularly with Fanuc Controller.
• Familiarity with Zeiss CMM and Calypso software (or similar) for inspection purposes.
• Experience in inspecting a wide variety of parts, especially within a job shop environment.

The compensation for this position will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
