    The Executive Director at DSH-Napa is accepting applications for a Full-Time/Permanent Staff Services Analyst (SSA).

    Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I in the Office of the Executive Director, the SSA will provide various administrative and organizational duties with a high degree of responsibility.

    The SSA will serve as the initial representative for contacts with the Office of the Executive Director; handle large volume of high-level calls including interactions with executive staff, family members, and patients; develop and implement computer-based office management systems; monitor all materials submitted to the Office of the Executive Director and ensure that document presentation conforms with established standards; this includes the monitoring of all complaints filed through the office and preparing responses as appropriate.

    As a member of a four person office team that values collaboration, efficiency and flexibility, the SSA will need the ability to work professionally with others, manage competing priorities, and possess a "can do" attitude.
