$75K to $80K (based on experience)
As a Support Analyst focused on client support, you will play a pivotal role in improving both client and user experience.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor task progress and address any bottlenecks or issues in support resolution
Handle incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses in adherence to regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on statuses, resolution progress, and any pertinent changes in processes or procedures.
Maintain detailed records of all activities, including correspondence, documentation, and resolution outcomes through ZenDesk CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in client support is preferred.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
