    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a TX PT license.

    Responsibilities
    Outpatient rehabilitation setting with chronic, acute, post-operative orthopedic, and occasional neurological patient populations
    5x8 hour day shifts, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience preferred but not required
    First-time travelers will be considered for this position
    Travelers residing within 50 miles or in specified counties are not eligible
    No more than 3 days of requested time off will be approved; no time off during the first week of orientation
    Former permanent staff must have been gone at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
    Travel pairs or groups are not accepted

    Requirements
    Current TX PT license required if applicable
    Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
    Current BLS certification required
    Manual therapy and hand therapy experience preferred but not required
