- New Car Mechanics undergo a blend of classroom instructions and field training, focusing on critical safety skills for railway work. Successful completion of training is mandatory.
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and meet medical and background check requirements. Candidates with welding experience, technical training, and good teamwork skills are preferred.
