Community hospital growing and well financed looking to bring on a Director Laboratory. Will oversee all day to day activity for the Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Histology, Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology. Oversee a team of 40 FTE's with several direct reports. Reports to the hospital CEO.

Licensed in California with a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Biology, Chemistry or Med Tech., Masters a plus.

3+ years in a Leadership role from a hospital clinical Laboratory setting.

Knowledge of all hospital laboratory protocols, procedures, and processes.
