Job Description

Moorings Park at Grande Lake is seeking a Concierge to join their team. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, handle administrative tasks, and ensure resident satisfaction by providing personalized services and anticipating their needs.

Contributions:

Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests, and team members with courtesy and professionalism. Assist visitors, answer inquiries, and handle communication effectively.
Communicate emergency procedures to residents and team members, ensuring everyone's safety and well-being.
Perform various administrative tasks, including mail distribution and package deliveries, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Provide residents and guests with information on local attractions, make recommendations, and assist with reservations and appointments.
Manage reservations, RSVP lists, and community forms, ensuring smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
Handle work orders, housekeeping requests, and IT inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Practice exemplary customer service, maintain a positive image of the community, and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Adhere to company policies, regulations, and service culture principles, promoting a culture of respect, compassion, and teamwork.

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Availability during emergencies or disasters as necessary.
