Job DescriptionThe hiring company is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Customer Success Manager to join their team.
The company is building software to support the $15bn Car Wash industry and is focused on providing car washes with the necessary tools to transition to a subscription model.
They aim to empower the market with the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, engaging, and retaining customers to ensure they derive maximum value from the platform.
This individual will own the entire customer journey, from onboarding to post-onboarding, and play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction.
The role will involve:
Executing the customer journey from onboarding onward
Being an expert on the company's application and driving adoption through proactive outreach
Advising clients on car wash CRM & e-commerce best practices
Gathering product feedback and sharing it with the engineering team
Managing at-risk accounts and customer escalations
Assisting with customer support and feature requests
The ideal candidate is a driven, detail-oriented team player with empathy for the customer and a passion for helping them derive maximum value from the platform.
They should have strong time management and prioritization skills, proven experience in ambiguous situations, and excellent presentation skills. Additionally, they should be receptive to coaching, take ownership, and work well in a team environment.Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $75,000—$100,000 USD , and the company is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment.
