    The TTM Engineering Internship Program is geared toward conscientious Engineering juniors who are going into their senior year of college in Graduating between December 2024 and May It is a stimulating and rewarding experience, helping the student make the transition from school to work and career while motivating the student for a potential manufacturing, engineering & technology future.

    Participating in one of our internships is also invaluable in establishing a network within the company.


    Program Outline:


    Each internship project selection will include 1 major and 2 minor projects, all deliverable within the summer period of 10-12 weeks.

    Each intern will be assigned a manager and a mentor/champion to help guide them and serve as a resource for them.

    Interns will present opening and closing presentations to the site Leadership team.
    Interns will also present a midway review to select site Leadership.

    Eligibility:


    The student must be enrolled in an accredited college or university Engineering undergraduate program, and be a junior going into their senior year of college.

    Student must also be in good academic standing.
    Pursuing an Engineering degree in Process, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical.
    Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)Good math and communication skillsDemonstrated leadership ability, Energetic & self-motivating, Able to meet deadlines.


    Compensation and Benefits:


    Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

    The base hourly pay range for this position is $ $28.29.Due to the nature of this position benefits are not offered.

    Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.

    Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

    The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

    At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.


    A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
    $34,141 - $51,211 Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
