- Analyze complex data sets, understand business problems, evaluate business needs, and clarify data requirements, processes, and systems for complex technology projects
- Work with Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize use cases and drive understanding of data and process requirements
- Run complex data analysis using SQL, Python, Snowflake and other tools
- Experience driving requirements for Dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI
- Convert results of an analysis into presentable and easily understood insights and recommendations to share with the business teams and stakeholders.
- Create and update user stories in backlog
- Collaborate with product owner, data engineers, data scientists and architects
- Analyze data needs and risks, identifying potential challenges and uncovering any underlying assumptions to optimize outcomes
- Validate data requirements through query-based methods and data profiling techniques, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide valuable feedback throughout the requirement gathering process, contributing insights to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or analytics roles
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
