- Identify and manage threats/issues/risks related to client delivery.
- Experience managing $75-$100M in revenue for a staffing agency.
- Managed up to 10 direct reports simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting in the following sectors: light industrial, skilled trades, manufacturing, and engineering.
- Proven track record of developing recruiters.
- Experience having tough conversations with team members and turning them into positives.
- Accurate sales and forecasting acumen.
- Strong recruiting knowledge.
