    Director, Michigan Business UnitAbout Spark Talent Acquisition:Spark Talent Acquisition is a Michigan-headquartered recruiting and staffing company that connects great talent with great employers. Position Summary:The foundation of this position is team member development and implementing processes to provide consistent high levels of customer service and results to our clients. The Director should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The Director will be well versed in Recruiting, Leadership and Account Management. They should understand and have a passion for leadership, delivering excellent customer service and driving business value with measured outcomes. The Director is responsible for leading Recruiters, Account Managers and managing accounts. They are directly responsible for overseeing the delivery of our service & development of internal team members. Position Responsibilities:
    • Operates as the main point of contact for assigned customers
    • Develop, grow, and maintains long-term relationships with accounts at all decision maker levels
    • Responsible for determining the scope and pipelines needed to ensure delivery on each client project
    • Communicates client needs, forecast, expectations and processes
    • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
    • Lead Recruiters & Account Managers
      • Training & Development
      • Establish 1 on 1 cadence
      • Set KPI's for the team
      • Set expectations for the team
      • Holds team accountable for KPI's (Individually and collectively)
      • Establish daily req focus for direct reports
    • Ensure client processes and internal processes are followed without exception.
    • Monitors the progress of the pipelines and external team member relationships.
    • Accountable for Recruiters & Account Managers daily expectations
    • Ensure ALL Technology is utilized for sourcing and pipelining talent
    • Identify and manage threats/issues/risks related to client delivery.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Experience managing $75-$100M in revenue for a staffing agency.
    • Managed up to 10 direct reports simultaneously.
    • Experience recruiting in the following sectors: light industrial, skilled trades, manufacturing, and engineering.
    • Proven track record of developing recruiters.
    • Experience having tough conversations with team members and turning them into positives.
    • Accurate sales and forecasting acumen.
    • Strong recruiting knowledge.
    • Ability to work autonomously, solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment.
    • Ability to think critically and deliver high quality talent while ensuring all client requirements are met.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Strong emotional intelligence.
    • Ability to lead by example through their own consistent performance.
    • Account Management Experience.
    • Client-Focused Solutions Experience, obsessed with creating a great experience.
    • Driven to support team members growth.
    • Willing to make the best decisions for their team and the company mission.
    • Ability to Communicate Client Needs with team members.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
