    About the Organization

Airrosti is a healthcare group committed to resolving pain and fixing functional injuries through exceptional, outcome-based musculoskeletal care both in-clinic and virtually through Airrosti Remote Recovery (ARR).

Pain can affect a patient's ability to sleep, exercise, work productively, and participate in the activities they love.

Our goal is to give each patient their life back by resolving their case as completely and quickly as possible.

During their visit to Airrosti, each patient receives up to an hour of individualized care.

This ensures that our Providers have the time to assess and diagnose the injury, provide focused manual therapy treatment to address the source of the pain, and design customized active care and home exercises to promote long-lasting pain resolution.

By addressing pain at the source, our Providers can resolve most injuries in an average of 3-4 visits (based on patient-reported outcomes).

Airrosti is headquartered in San Antonio, TX, and has clinic locations across OH, TX, VA, and WA. In addition, Airrosti serves patients via telehealth (ARR) in 50 states.

We train each Provider and Support Team member in a collaborative, hands-on environment designed to maximize their ability to positively impact patients' lives.

Airrosti has been voted one of the best places to work in Texas year after year over the past decade by multiple outlets.
