    Dermatologist Coastal Florida Panhandle (Near AL Line & Pensacola)

    A highly reputable, physician-owned dermatology group with more than 38 dermatologists across the Southeast is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a high-demand coastal practice in the beautiful Florida Panhandle.

    Just 1 hour from the Alabama state line and 1 hour from Pensacola, this location offers sugar-white beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a relaxed Gulf Coast lifestyleperfect for physicians seeking strong earning potential and exceptional quality of life.

    Position Highlights
    • Established, high-volume practice with exceptional stability
    • Supportive team including 1 APP, 1 dedicated MA/Scribe, and MOHS Surgeon on-site 3 days/week
    • General Dermatology with optional cosmetics
    • 3040 patients/day with full scribe and administrative support
    • 100% outpatient with no call
    • Flexible schedule: MonThurs + optional half-day Friday
    • Strong demand with a 2-month appointment backlog
    Compensation & Benefits
    • $360K$420K base salary
    • Earning potential 2.53× base
      • 4045% of collections
      • Additional bonuses for APP oversight & cosmetic revenue
