    Description

    Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Greenville, North Carolina.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: Physical Therapist

    Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
    Responsibilities:

    •\tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate

    •\tDevelop and update treatment/discharge plans of care

    •\tDocument services accurately and timely

    •\tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts

    •\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families

    •\tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
    Qualifications:

    •\tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

    •\tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)

    •\tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skills

    •\tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

    Assured Nursing Job ID # Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Posted job title: PT:Rehab,08:00:00-16:00:00
