    Service Center Manager Role:
    As our Service Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various operational aspects. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, overseeing inventory, maintaining financial stability, and meeting sales targets efficiently. Creating a harmonious environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and customer delight will be at the core of your role. Additionally, active community engagement and fostering positive relationships with customers, partners, and employees will be key.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Management: Streamline daily operations for enhanced productivity and service quality.
    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise technicians, sales personnel, and administrative staff. Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient labor cost management.
    • Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns effectively.
    • Sales and Marketing: Devise strategies to meet or surpass sales goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote service center offerings.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain supplier relationships.
    • Financial Management: Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance analysis for profitability.
    • Compliance and Safety: Uphold legal requirements and safety standards for a secure work environment.
    • Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure services exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for staff development.
    Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
    • Experience: Retail management experience, particularly in automotive or tire sector. Customer service and team management skills.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, communication, negotiation, and financial management skills.
    • Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive services, tire products, and industry trends.
    • Certifications: ASE or relevant industry certifications are beneficial.
