What We're Searching For:

Our team is searching for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida who prioritizes patient care and is able to commute within the Duval County area. You will provide skilled Speech Pathology services, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes by conducting initial and ongoing assessments of the patients needs.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Speech Pathology services and assessments to patients in their homes
• Evaluate patients' level of functioning and recommended mechanisms to enhance patient communication
• Establish a Speech Therapy treatment plan with patient and primary physician.
• Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans.
• Prepare progress notes following visits for patients' charts.

What You Need:

• Must have a Master's or Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology
• Licensed to practice within the state of Florida
• Member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association preferred.
• CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted).
• At least one year of institutional experience
