- 7+ years of experience in software development; hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- 3+ years of supervisory experience/group leadership
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle
- Experience with project planning; ability to set and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience working on large-scale software projects; ability to lead cross-functional team to achieve goals and objectives

Our customer base is spread across the US. This position would be expected to travel as needed to develop industry knowledge and insight by working with customers to understand their needs and problems. The position would also be a key player in tradeshows and customer events we host to engage and learn from our customers.
