    Program Manager, School of Business and Enterprise

    Chatham University is now welcoming applicants for a Program Manager position.

    The Program Manager (PM) provides highly responsible administrative and operational support within the School of Business and Enterprise (SBE). This individual reports to the Executive Director and assists in coordinating efforts related to strategic planning, educational excellence, faculty development, student engagement, networking, operational efficiency, and compliance with institutional and accrediting requirements. The role serves as the day-to-day point of contact within SBE to facilitate ongoing activities and help to build community among faculty, students, staff, and alumni. This individual also supports efforts to grow awareness of SBE's identity and value throughout the university and business community at large.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise day-to-day operations of the program
    • Provide classroom instruction up to 6 credits per academic year
    • Serve as faculty advisor for internships as needed
    • Lead group advising sessions and train new faculty advisors
    • Conduct course syllabi reviews
    • Manage and further develop the SBE website into a tool that provides value to students, faculty, and alumni
    • Manage faculty and adjunct course assignments
    • Manage adjunct onboarding and contracts
    • Coordinate course evaluation tools, implementation, and summaries of results
    • Oversee compliance with accreditation standards, fees and reporting requirements
    • Generate professional development and curricular ideas
    • Contribute to SBE's strategic plan and objectives
    • Coordinate faculty and staff search activities
    • Support SBE internal reporting requirements: acquiring data, preparing summaries, formatting, and submitting reports per university specifications
    • Coordinate guest speaker, panel, invited lecture events, logistics, honoraria
    • Propose or revise SBE policies and procedures as necessary
    • Represent SBE at admissions events, meetings, workshops, as needed
    • Review and reconcile SBE expenses to the budget per university policy
    • Maintain appropriate files, records, and computerized databases
    • Participate in faculty, program, school, and university meetings
    • Coordinate program orientation seminars and meetings with prospective students
    • Manage accreditation and re-accreditation site visits and self-study reports
    • Track program quality and performance outcome measures to inform continuous improvement efforts and internal reporting needs
    Qualifications
    • Minimum Bachelor degree in a business or related discipline, Master of Business Administration preferred
    • Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent written, organizational, time-management and verbal communication skills
    • Superior interpersonal skills, able to develop constructive collaborative working relationships with faculty and students
    • Website design, digital media skills, social media tools preferred
    • Two or more years of project or supervisory experience preferred
    Salary Range:

    $61,400-$69, hour work week.
