Sourcing Suppliers:

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential suppliers.
Evaluate supplier offerings and capabilities.

Negotiating Contracts:

Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers.
Ensure contracts meet company needs and standards.

Managing Relationships:

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Address supplier concerns and issues promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in purchasing or related field preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
