    imc US Sales Account Executive

    Job Description: As a member of the imc US sales organization you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within an assigned group of accounts. The ideal candidate will expand orders within these high growth accounts across the Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Markets. This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson to join our growing US commercial team.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Exceed annual sales target
    • Develop and implement a prospecting plan to identify new sales opportunities
    • Build customer relationships within the territory across all levels of the customer organizations
    • Understand customer technical & commercial requirements and propose differentiated imc solutions including configuration and quotation details
    • Develop relationships with the key decision makers for large sales opportunities, including test engineers, engineering managers and senior executives
    • Collaborate with other imc team members, including regional marketing, applications engineers, factory support resources and calibration/repair technicians
    • Develop and maintain industry, market and competitive knowledge
    • Disciplined Salesforce compliance for prospect entries, forecasting, won/lost performance, and overall analysis of the territory sales funnel

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • BS in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or equivalent)
    • 7+ years of data acquisition sales experience
    • Consistent success exceeding high growth order targets
    • Customer contacts in the automotive, aerospace and industrial markets
    • Experience using Linked In/Sales Navigator as a prospecting tool
    • Experience managing large sales opportunities ($250,000+)
    • Excellent time and territory management skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Experience managing sales opportunities in Salesforce
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong work ethic, coachability and leadership skills
    • Results driven
    • Ability to travel within the territory up to 40-60% of the time
