    We are working alongside a global Medical & Life Science company to hire a HR Business Partner (Generalist) based in Trevose, Pennsylvania.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Regional HRBP-North America.

    This pivotal position will play a crucial role in shaping our client's success by actively participating in the development and enhancement of vital HR processes and procedures within the global organization.

    Stakeholders: Sales Director Medical | General Manager Pharma | Sales Director Scientific

    The organisation in North America is commercially focused comprising of 60 individuals, with a small manufacturing site. The HRBP is a Generalist role and will partner with the 3 business units to create & implement a range of HR strategies with a focus on Recruitment, Work force planning, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Performance Management & Comps/Benefits

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven HR experience with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
    • Strong understanding of employment regulations and best HR practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

    Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Benefits
