Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate a wide range of documents including contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and NDAs ensuring accuracy compliance alignment with Ahern's procedures standards.
- Serve as central point of contact for internal external stakeholders resolving questions issues related to contract language negotiations approvals insurance requirements.
