Job summary

The Community Manager will be responsible for the operational aspects and profitability of a manufactured home community. They will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for residents and handle various tasks such as capital improvements, marketing, leasing and sales.

Responsibilities/Skills


  • Ensure residents receive high levels of service consistent with customer service philosophy

  • Maintain properties to ensure they look their best at all times

  • Develop marketing strategy and maintain effective advertising to attract prospective residents to community

  • Sell model homes for sale in addition to pre-owned homes through lease purchase program including repairs closings follow-up etc.
