- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards across all facilities.
- Assess and update the inventory of cleaning materials, communicating effectively with vendors for replenishment.
- Develop and implement safety and hygiene precautions.
- Conduct ongoing training with clinical staff to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Disinfect therapy equipment and areas throughout the day to minimize the spread of germs.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and weekly laundry.
- Strong leadership skills with the potential to lead and manage additional team members.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and technical use of computer systems.
- Ability to produce professional communication emails/memos to executive leadership, directors, and clinical team members.
- Meet Monthly with the executive leadership team to review, update, or change cleaning and sanitation protocol as needed.
