    Apex Systems is hiring IT Deployment Technicians for one of our government clients supporting the Navy & and Marine Corps

    Location: On-site; Camp Lejeune, NC

    Contract Duration: Long-Term Contract

    Requirements:

    • Active, DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance
    • CompTIA Security+CE
    • Willing to Work 1st and 2nd Shift
    • 1-2 years of IT experience in networking, systems troubleshooting, software, and hardware support.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Deploy new computers to replace old out-of-warranty machines. Will cover the region around Camp Lejeune or Cherry Point, NC in support of our large government client.
    • When not deploying seats you assist with Field Service (Desktop Support) responsibilities in the region.
    • Provide direct computer and network support to include router, firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Domain Name System (DNS), Active Directory (AD) and Exchange, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting to USMC deployed units.
