    IT Support Associate will support our local, branch and acquisition operations including SERVICE TODAY A member of the Len the Plumber Family of Companies, and other branch locations in the area.

    Ideal candidate will live in the Federalsburg MD area / Eastern Shore and work out of our SERVICE TODAY branch location.

    FULL TIME HOURLY position.

    As a Service Today IT support associate, you must be able to perform a variety of complex information technology support duties to ensure the smooth delivery of technology services.

    Monitors, operates, coordinates, assists, and trains others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve the desired result.

    Performs a variety of complex information technology support duties to ensure the smooth delivery of technology services.

    Monitors, operates, coordinates, assists, and trains others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve the desired result.

    Utilizes computer equipment, software, and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of customer assistance, production job processing, equipment maintenance and repair, and computer operations assignments.


    Essential Job Functions:
    Acts as lead to provide technical support in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi- platform, complex computer environment or monitor the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs
    This position will support our growing Tech Needs (Hardware, Software, Laptops, Phones, Tablets, etc.)
    Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
    Experience with Desktop Support
    Mobile Device Management - Phones & Tablets for Service Techs - Electronic Asset Management

    Preferred:
    A+ Certification

    Hardware experience preferred
    Light Software troubleshooting

    Qualifications:
    Basic Network Administration
    MS Windows
    MS Office
    Strong Customer Service & Excellent Communications skills.
    Seeking - 4 years of solid experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting a medium/large Team.

    Experience/ Education:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred
