SFP Cannabis is one of Michigan's fastest-growing cannabis dispensary brands, built on quality products, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable Budtenders who are passionate about cannabis and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every guest.
Position Overview
As a Budtender, you'll be the face of SFP Cannabis — helping customers find the right products, sharing knowledge, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Educate customers on products, strains, effects, and responsible consumption.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, deals, and new product arrivals.
- Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions.
- Restock and organize sales floor displays as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state cannabis laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn about products and regulations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
