    Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking an Overnight Clinical Supervisor to oversee the Detox and Crisis staff. The Overnight Clinical Supervisor provides oversight of all clinical teams and staff in the Victor St. building, Detox Recovery, Walk-in Crisis, and the Crisis Stabilization Unit.

    The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Program Managers, and Division Director to coordinate initial and ongoing trainings for overnight crisis and detox staff, onboard new staff within assigned team, and will oversee new skill development for clinical tasks and share skill training opportunities with other staff.

    The Clinical Supervisor will support and motivate staff on the overnight shift to complete designated tasks and will provide direction to department staff whenever needed.

    $5,000 Sign On Bonus Available *Not eligible for PRN candidates, internal employees, and re-hired employees within 90 days from separation.
    Based on full time (40 hours/week). 0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. 19 per hour.
    27 per hour.
    Shift.

    Rotating overnight shifts across the 7 nights of the week: 7:00 pm - 3:00 am. Ideal shift would be Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 pm - 6:30 am
    Shift Differential Pay. The afternoon or swing shift is from 3 pm to 11 pm. OR The evening shift is from 11 pm to 7 am.

    Overnight Weekday (Monday - Thursday): $4.Overnight Weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday): $5.Swing Weekday (Mon-Thurs): $2.Swing Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun): $3.Bilingual Language Differential Pay.

    *rate depends on language requirements for the position and candidate's fluency.

    Will receive scheduled earnings on a bi-weekly basis for all hours worked (excluding non-productive hours paid but not worked, e.g., paid time off, holiday, administrative, etc.) in an amount equivalent to 5% of their regular base rate (hourly or salaried), to a maximum amount of $3, annual maximum amount will be prorated based on full time equivalency (FTE).

    Our acute crisis services division is a part of a statewide crisis initiative that provides resources for mental health, substance-abuse and or emotional crisis health, information, and referrals.

    Our crisis services include a 24/7 walk-in crisis clinic that provides mental health assessments and referrals for individuals experiencing any self-defined crisis.

    We also operate a 24/7 16-bed adult crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that provides mental health treatment in the form of medication services, individual and group therapy, and 24-hour support.

    The ideal candidate has leadership and supervisory experience in the mental health field, is well organized, has demonstrated experience in crisis management, de-escalation, withdrawal management, and is proficient in M1 hold procedures and regulations.

    This candidate should have a strong desire for knowledge and learning, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be well organized and able to prioritize tasks, and be able to work well while around other clinical staff throughout the building.

    This candidate should also be willing to step in and help out with a variety of tasks on all three teams, and work well with a variety of interdisciplinary staff.

    Provide feedback to employees and may provide input into performance review. Monitor and guide performance indicators.

    Serve as the overnight supervisor and liaison between managers during daytime hours and overnight staff on three teams during overnight hours.

    Supervise components of clinical operations and assist with setting program policy and procedures for teams.
    Build and maintain cohesive, supportive, reflective, respectful relationships among staff.
    Step into all roles (except for the van driver) to support, move along, or supplement processes on all three detox and crisis teams

    Review all process data with staff and discuss areas for improvement and respond to clinical areas of need with specific training for staff.

    Supervise entry of all data by overnight staff and ensure accuracy, and conduct chart reviews.

    Build relationships and work collaboratively with local non-profit agencies, public social services, and state policy makers to enhance their understanding and utilization of services.

    Staff member will monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the clients' care team.

    Provide group supervision to overnight staff one hour, twice monthly: crisis therapists, shift coordinators. Host a team meeting for crisis overnight staff two times per month. Host a team meeting for detox staff one time per month

    Supervision and oversight of WIC, CSU, and Detox operations, including client care, staff work productivity, incoming referrals, and interactions with community partners during overnight hours.

    Collaborate with medical staff on a nightly basis.

    Regularly meet with the manager of nursing for better coordination and understand of the medical clinical treatment of clients at the CSU.

    Assist with admissions and intake evaluations of WIC and detox clients during shift hours.

    Licensed mental health clinician with Masters or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.

    LP, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Ph.
    Significant previous experience working in office and community-based settings.
    Knowledge of crisis and detox recovery mental health interventions and diagnoses.
    Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
    Required Vaccinations and TB Test.

    AMHR has prioritized the health and safety of our clients and staff and requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, receive an annual influenza (flu) shot, and receive negative TB test results prior to their first day of hire.

    Proof of both vaccinations and negative TB test will be required upon your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested for the COVID 19 vaccine, annual flu shot or TB test.
