    ASI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support PMA- Depot Stand Up in Patuxent River, MD .

    Responsibilities :

    • Responsible for the logistics planning, processes, and documentation that are executed during the acquisition process to ensure that the desired level of logistics supportability is achieved
    • Ensure maintainability, readiness, supportability, and affordability through a series of Supportability Analysis, including, but not limited to, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Trade Studies, Use Studies, Baseline Comparative Study (BCS), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Event Based Maintenance (EBM), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis
    • Provide guidance and support to the Program Office and IPTs in all matters relating to Intermediate and Depot level maintenance capability planning, establishment, execution, and performance
    • Coordinate with the Program Office, IPTs, and Organic Depots for Intermediate and Depot level capability establishment. Ensure all integrated product support elements are in place to accomplish establishment
    • Participate in the Workload Standards Process (WLS) and Workload Planning negotiation for aircraft and components
    • Utilize knowledge of the Industrial Source of Repair (ISOR) process and Depot Source of Repair (DSOR), governing instructions such as OPNAV Instruction .14B and Core/Title 10 requirements in advising the program office of statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Support development and implementation of design interface and maintenance planning and management policy for the intermediate, commercial, and organic Depot level maintenance sites
    • Coordinate transactions between the Program Office, Industry, Defense Logistics Agency, Naval Supply, and the Fleet Readiness Centers dealing with Intermediate and Depot level maintenance
    • Assist Program Manager in using metrics to measure readiness of assigned programs and systems to define the most efficient use of available resources and develop an integrated sustainment budget for cost-wise readiness of these systems
    • Ensure compliance with existing logistics policies, including performance-based logistics (PBL). Formulate plans and policies necessary to implement overarching strategies affecting industrial operations, capability assignments, and industrial source of repair decisions (including joint service workloads) for the Navy

    Required Qualifications:

    • At least ten years of work experience with supporting the Department of Defense logistics disciplines
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
      • Additional four years of experience of acquisition or operational logistics management experience OR 15-20 years of related military experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
    • Proficiency with Microsoft applications to include Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
    • Knowledge of DOD acquisition policies, RDT&E, APN, OPN, and O&MN funding appropriations to include the PPBE process

    Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance
