    About Us:

    Global Tax Management (GTM) is dedicated to assisting mid-size and large multinational corporations with complex tax operations. We specialize in providing tax services to multinational Fortune 1000 and SEC corporate clients, offering a technology-focused client service experience.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to serve as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and managing a team to deliver exceptional service. This role involves project management, leadership, and strategic decision-making.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide project management and leadership
    • Review and analyze tax returns
    • Conduct tax research and provide recommendations
    • Advise clients on corporate tax services
    • Plan and execute tax projects
    • Manage client engagements from start to finish
    • Train, motivate, and mentor team members
    • Maintain client communication and manage expectations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
    • CPA or master's degree in taxation preferred
    • 8+ years of experience in tax accounting
    • Proficiency in ASC 740 and income tax accrual calculations
    • Experience with corporate tax preparation software
    • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
    • Ability to work onsite at least 2 days a week
