    The Star Host/Hostess Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Host/Hostess to join our team at The Star, the World Headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys. Located in Frisco, TX, this role will provide an exceptional experience for members of our exclusive club.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and seat members in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with members, staff, and guests.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to uniform standards.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service.
    • Stay knowledgeable about food and beverage menus, features, and services offered within the club.
    • Assist with setup and maintenance of a clean, neat, and safe work area.
    • Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Must be able to lift 30 pounds without aid and stand for extended periods.
    • Availability to work irregular schedules, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
    • Bilingual in Spanish.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
    • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
