    RN/LPN - PT Nights

    • We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on night shifts, working part-time hours of 24 per week.

    The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation. The nurse will collaborate with residents and their families as well as other healthcare professionals to plan and implement care.

    1. Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.
    2. Coordinate resident care including assessments and education.

    Maintaining up-to-date skills through ongoing learning opportunities is essential.
    Certifications required based on position needs; e.g., BLS/CPR/PALS/Others specified below: AHA or ARC Certification preferred within one year from hire date*.
