MEDICARE SALES AGENTS: ENGLISH AND BILINGUAL(ENGLISH/SPANISH)- CLEARWATER, FL OFFICE - NOW HIRING
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Whether you are an experienced Medicare Sales Agent or looking to break into the industry, Silver Care LLC is expanding our in-office team in Clearwater, Florida. We are seeking motivated bilingual professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our senior community while building a rewarding and stable career.
This is a full-time W-2 position offering a competitive hourly base plus commission, and career growth opportunities. We provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed — no prior Medicare experience required.
Responsibilities
Learn and understand the Medicare landscape through company-provided training and ongoing development
Effectively communicate with clients to understand their healthcare needs and recommend suitable plans
Maintain compliance with all CMS and company regulations
Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to manage leads and client information
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer care
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a professional office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn and navigate CRM and quoting platforms
Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company
