Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARYJireh Semiconductor in Hillsboro, OR is looking for an experienced Facility Project Manager to join their team.
Manage facilities system upgrade projects from concept to completion, as required for continuous improvement of the facilities system to ensure that support and services of the department meet the highest quality standards and performanceDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management Duties:
Oversee the construction activities of all contractors. Review SIPP forms for all work to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
Manage construction projects to ensure adherence to quality of construction, budget and published schedule.
Prepare technical specifications and contract drawings for facility projects.
Ensure that all projects are closed out, commissioning completed and documented, permits finalized and punch-list completed.
Prepare RFP's, obtain proposals/quotes, evaluate, recommend award, prepare PR's for facility projects and related work.
Interface with City of Hillsboro on permitting needs.
Review, comment and recommend approval of invoices regarding PRs processed. Maintain a current log of all cost transitions and dollar balances remaining on POs/PRs.
Continuously provide, review and approve analytical data and/or evaluations for HVAC and piping materials being considered and used in the fab.
Assist in training all facility technicians in the proper maintenance and operations of existing HVAC equipment, CDA equipment, chillers, boilers, vacuum pumps and associated piping systems.
Complete equipment safety checklistsMaintenance Planning and Cross-Functional Coordination Duties:Participate in CapEx planning meetingsOrganize facility activities during planned shutdowns.
Prepare and submit written reports as required.
Audit existing facility maintenance plans and ensure equipment operates according to specifications.
Troubleshoot recurrent maintenance issues and out of specification problem(s).
Identify problem(s) and implement solution(s).Review, comment and approve various engineering designs for compliance with company policies and Fab specifications as well as governmental requirements.
Field Duties:
Coordinate all phase of construction (architectural, mechanical and electrical)Review and approve contractor generated SIPP forms on a daily basis and ensure no unplanned site interruptions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar, or Equivalent Construction Management experience.10+ years of construction experience in high tech / cleanroom construction environment.
Understanding of building Fire Life Safety systemsAbility to use the following codes:
IBC, UFC, NFPA, ASTM, ANSIPMP Certification Preferred
