- Handle customer inquiries through incoming calls and emails
- Manage and resolve customer complaints through problem identification and escalation of priority issues

- 2 to 3 years experience in a call center
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Customer focused with the ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
