Requirements

Graduated from an accredited school
Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and passed the NBCOT exam
Minimum one year of professional experience
Hold a current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT
Current CPR certification
Additional requirements according to client facility

Duties Responsibilities

Responsible for assessing patient medical condition and providing direct care for rehabilitation. Administer treatment programs and set goals based on patient's needs.

Develop individual plan of care
Provide skilled therapy services as per physician orders
Collaborate with team to achieve patient goals
