    About Us: At Olander Shop, we are more than just a repair and maintenance service provider for tractors and trailers. With a specialization in flatbed freight, we're at the forefront of the industry, and we're looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our ranks.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience and Education: We're seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair. If you've completed a trade school program related to diesel mechanics, that's a plus
    2. Heavy-Duty Expertise: Specific knowledge of heavy-duty truck repairs in a commercial environment is essential. From maintenance to billing and inventory management, we want someone who can handle it all.
    3. Equipment Proficiency: Familiarity with forklift and crane operations is a valuable asset. Versatility is key to success in our shop.
    4. CDL (Preferred): While not mandatory, having a CDL with a clean record (no DUI) is a definite advantage. It opens up opportunities for additional responsibilities and career advancement.
    5. Bring Your Own Tools: To excel in this role, you'll need your own set of tools. We want you to have everything you need to perform at your best.
