    We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing business. This person will be a part of our Service Delivery team and will provide tertiary support to our Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams.

    Responsibilities:

    Delivery Support

    • Assist the Senior Delivery Manager with the execution and delivery of contracts, ensuring all aspects of service delivery are in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contractual obligations.
    • Assist the Senior Delivery Manager with Directing and managing a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance to meet and exceed service delivery standards.
    • Oversee the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) process, ensuring accurate and timely evaluations of service quality, contractor performance, and the identification of areas for improvement.
    • Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed, and any contractual issues are resolved promptly.
    • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery, making data-driven decisions to optimize contract performance.
    • Collaborate with USFS Leadership and Government COR, ensuring clarity in service expectations, deliverables, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards for all USFS Contracts
    • Identify and implement delivery-related process improvements.
    • Other duties as assigned to include delivery escalation and HR interface and support.

    Business Development Support

    • Assist the BD team (VP of Sales and Delivery, Senior BDM, CFO) with business development support tasks to include:
    • Black Hat Analysis
    • Agency/Opportunity research
    • FOIA and contract reviews/research
    • Facilitate and participate in organic growth BD meetings with clients
    • Support Business Partner meetings and activities
    • Proposal authoring, color team reviews, production
    • Participate and assist with sales and marketing events and activities
    • Other duties as assigned to support the BD team

    Talent Acquisition Support

    • Assist the Talent Acquisition Director with resume screening, formatting, tailoring to unique government requirements.
    • Perform technical writing and analysis of requirements and candidate resumes to ensure candidate skill match
    • Assist Talent Acquisition Director with the candidate offer process to include generation, transmittal, and receipt of offer letters.
    • Lead coordination and manage internal and customer side employee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are properly onboarded and efficiently engaged on contracts.
    • Other duties as assigned, to include surge support to business development contingent hires.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4+ years of experience in leading multiple small to mid-sized delivery teams (1-20 headcount) of Management Consulting services contracts in the federal services marketplace.
    • Current knowledge of DHS, DoD, VA, and/or the Intelligence Community
    • Current Project Management Institute PMP or PgMP certification
    • Recent, successful SDM experience at one or more of these departments is required.
