- Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
- Interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and conducting discovery to build a case.
- Negotiating settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients.
- Developing legal strategies and providing counsel to clients on potential outcomes.
- Drafting legal briefs and memoranda to support arguments in court.
- Presenting arguments and evidence in court before judges and juries.
- Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Engaging in legal writing to communicate with opposing counsel and courts.
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants within the law firm.
