    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and with minimal supervision. The candidate must have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties Include:

    • Conducting legal research to analyze relevant laws, regulations, and precedents applicable to a case.
    • Preparing and filing legal documents, such as complaints, answers, motions, and appeals.
    • Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
    • Interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and conducting discovery to build a case.
    • Negotiating settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients.
    • Developing legal strategies and providing counsel to clients on potential outcomes.
    • Drafting legal briefs and memoranda to support arguments in court.
    • Presenting arguments and evidence in court before judges and juries.
    • Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
    • Engaging in legal writing to communicate with opposing counsel and courts.
    • Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants within the law firm.
    • Staying up-to-date with changes in the law and relevant legal precedents.
    • Maintaining accurate and organized case files and records.
    • Upholding ethical and professional standards in all legal proceedings.
    • Advising clients on potential risks and legal options related to their cases.
    • Mediating and facilitating settlements between parties when appropriate.
    • Advocating for clients' interests and rights in all stages of litigation.
    Qualifications:
    • Background in personal injury law is preferred
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal practice preferred but not required.
    Schedule: FT Monday-Friday
