    StealthWatch Engineer

    Remote

    12+ Months

    Rate: $90 - $100/hr on W2

    Position Overview:
    We are looking for a talented Cisco Stealthwatch Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco Stealthwatch solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network security principles, extensive experience with the Cisco Stealthwatch, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to meet our clients' needs.

    Responsibilities:

    Design and implement Cisco Stealthwatch solutions to provide comprehensive visibility and threat detection capabilities across clients' network infrastructure.

    Configure and deploy Stealthwatch appliances, sensors, and collectors by industry best practices and clients' security requirements.

    Conduct network assessments and audits to identify security vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement.

    Monitor and analyze network traffic using Stealthwatch to detect and respond to security threats, including malware, insider threats, and anomalous behavior.

    Collaborate with clients' IT teams to integrate Stealthwatch with existing security infrastructure, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.

    Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Stealthwatch deployments.

    Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for Stealthwatch-related issues and inquiries.

    Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to continuously improve our Stealthwatch offerings and enhance clients' security posture.

    Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, solution demonstrations, and proposal development, to support business development efforts.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Cisco certifications, such as CCNP Security or CCIE Security, are highly preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Stealthwatch solutions in enterprise environments.

    Proficiency in network security principles, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies.

    Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching protocols.

    Experience with other Cisco security products, such as Firepower, Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Umbrella, is a plus.

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
