Job summary
We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production team during live and or recorded services
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Place production orders from the department
- Provide leadership to dream team volunteers by evaluation developing and mentoring the team
- Coordinate with the Worship and Communication's Pastors to ensure the appropriate lighting/audio LED wall graphic's and stage set for every worship experience and event
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production or other related fields
- Spiritual maturity Christ-based background/li>Knowledge of production tools equipment Strong leadership qualities Excellent written verbal communication skills
