This individual will be taking a new position for the team, one which will create greater depth and bandwidth within the organization's Finance department.

• Managing annual planning and budgeting process Company wide. Communicating and coordinating with department managers, collecting consolidating, and analyzing the department budget, including training and dissemination of best practices.
• Coordinating, preparing, and analyzing monthly actuals vs. budgeted results, including additional ad-hoc analysis on results. Research budget variance issues with department managers to provide increase transparency on trends and root causes; share with divisions to increase transparency in management reporting, performance and creating leaning opportunities.
• Ensuring timely and accurate forecast reports, reporting package including profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet.
• Overseeing daily cash positioning activity including managing daily liquidity, cash position and bank reporting.
• Maintaining and monitoring investment performance to ensure alignment with investment policy.

• Strong investment/dividends/bonds side
• Data modeling experience
• Insurance/Healthcare industry experience
• Reporting tools exposure to Power BI or Tableau
• 4+ years of finance experience within an enterprise level organization
• Budget forecasting experience (excel)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, v-lookups, what-ifs, scenario modeling, etc.)
• Finance or Accounting bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
